I’m Fine

Here is a fabulous campaign being run by the Mental Health Foundation.

I’m (not feeling like myself, feel tired, drained, can’t focus on my work, can’t stop worrying about the little things, about everything. not eating, sleeping, feel anxious) fine.

So true.
